Nothing Without BioSure® Controls!

To make the right decisions about your flow cytometry samples, begin with BioSure controls and a good QC program. Then any number you choose can be a reference channel.

BioSure controls can monitor it all - linearity, alignment, and resolution. You get standardization with quantitative results. And, BioSure controls offer stability, flexibility, and ease of use.

More Information, Better Results

For DNA work, use BioSure CEN's
(chicken erythrocyte nuclei)
to provide linearity and resolution information
about instrument PMT's, voltages, or amplifier gains.

Use BioSure CRBC's
(chicken red blood cells)
to verify alignment and PMT response.

Select BioSure CTN's,
a natural cycling cell, for a daily control
to provide cell-cycle statistics.
CTN's can also evaluate the doublet discrimination
module or electronic pulse processing system.

With BioSure TEN's
(trout erythrocyte nuclei), you can mark
a reference point when analyzing plant cells to
establish a constant DNA index range.

Design a custom QC program by combining BioSure CEN singlets with TEN's, or trout triploid nuclei. Need effective QC for non-DNA applications? Use the BioSure negative control to monitor instrument sensitivity.

The choice is yours!

Unlike other QC materials, ready-to-use BioSure controls mean smarter use of your time. You can analyze test samples more efficiently, instead of spending hours preparing your own controls. When flow cytometry results must mean a lot, look to BioSure controls to support your lab's standardized QC programs.
